Our Story
My beautiful creative team are here to design the ultimate in floral beauty for our couples’ weddings. We are dedicated to bring you exceptional service, floral guidance and elegant floristry to elevate your wedding design.
We specialise in luxury weddings, with a loose, free, organic feel. We love the use of texture, abundant florals, garden styling and an elegance flowing through our floral design.
To us, every wedding is unique. We focus on bespoke designs and creating wow moments for all of our couples, tailoring the design to suit your day and your vision. Our organic, natural style aims to elevate and work seamlessly with your surroundings.
We are passionate about using seasonal flowers, supporting our local British flower farms and introducing sustainable floral techniques. We are partnered with amazing businesses to ensure your green waste from your wedding is sustainably disposed of and flower heads are repurposed for confetti. We want our business to be ethical and sustainable.
We are a versatile florist but have abundant florals at the heart of all of our designs. Our experience takes us from 5* central London hotels and landmarks like the Shard, to country manor houses like that of Ashridge House and Brocket Hall and intimate settings in gardens and marquees. Every wedding completely unique.

Kate Parrott
Head Floral Designer
Hi I’m Kate - a flower lover, a creative and romantic!
My story started as a wedding photographer, with 20 years experience in this field, I loved becoming part of the storytelling of your love for each other. 10 years in, I knew I wanted immerse myself further creatively and turned my love for flowers into the best job in the world.
Not only do I get to create beautiful floral landscapes, help set a beautiful scene, but I’d say i am a general ‘love wafter!’
I believe in true love, sharing the love, and bringing the love! - I’m here for it all!
Floristy is everything to me, it brings my love for shape, form, design together in one place. I started Polly and Petal in 2016 specialising in weddings and floral installations, I have worked with prominent London florists at the forefront of creative design, and was the head florist of a luxury florist brand for 4 years
I'm a vintage clothing, interiors and styling enthusiast, hooked on the 1930s-1960s! I love the nostalgia of this time and definitely feel like I was born in the wrong era! I would love to learn to use a potters wheel, and I have a passion for interior design. Most importantly of all, I am a crazy cat lady!
Fiona, Laura and Nicki
Florists
Fiona, Laura and Nicki are brilliant floral designers, as a team we have worked together for 5 years. All coming from different floral backgrounds, this has given the team a brilliant and diverse skillset and wealth of experience.
Fiona is a self taught florist, who has a beautiful aesthetic to her work, delicate and sumptuous, she worked in a luxury florist shop for 4 years.
Laura trained with Tallulah Rose, then going on to running her own independent business and freelancing with a range of high end London designers. Laura's work is considered and abundant.
Nicki trained at Jane Packer, going on work for them for a short while after. Building her experience at a luxury florist thereafter. She has a natural and wild quality to her work, that is detailed and flows.
The team are a special combination of highly skilled florists who we are lucky to have by our side.
